LockNet is seeking a high-energy Warehouse Associate in our dynamic Shipping Department. As a Shipping Associate, you would impact the company by inspecting finished products to ensure accuracy and quality control and preparing the products for shipment to the customer.

You would make valuable contributions by:

  • Printing daily jobs and associated material for the shipping department.
  • Pulling, packing, and shipping finished goods as needed, manually or with the assistance of a forklift.
  • Providing internal customers with support to assist in meeting daily shipment requirements.

Your job-specific tasks would also include entry-level responsibilities such as:

  • Communicating in detail with Team Leaders and other team members to ensure synchronicity in job order completion
  • Being trained in-house to operate a forklift and getting to learn how to utilize them effectively and safely.
  • Administering and adhering to safety policies, and performing other duties as assigned.

Shipping Associate Skills/Requirements

If you are a proficient communicator and are strong at effectively organizing and executing responsibilities in a time and space efficient manner, then this may be an excellent position for you.

Here at LockNet, we frequently move through the Shipping Department, frequently lifting lighter packages (up to 30-40lbs), but occasionally lifting up to 75lbs throughout the day.  We maneuver our finished products around for quality inspection before shipment. We also have large segments of time where we stand in one place to detail and review the orders for accuracy and/or have work-related conversations in person and on the phone. Dexterity of hands and fingers are needed to operate standard computer keyboard, office equipment, telephone, forklift and for handling materials.
